Hello friends! Are you in the mood for Luuuuurve today? Well if you are you'd better getter over to the Little Miss Muffet Challenge blog, cos our challenge theme today is LUUUUUURVE! Here's my DT card...
Kind of reminds me of marshmallows and strawberries... the colours obviously!  This little cutie is from Pollycraft, her name is Celeste Amberglow Heart Strings, she's available in rubber over at Little Miss Muffet Stamps... SO cute! Just love her freckles! So, for this fortnight's challenge you must follow the LOVE theme, you don't have to use a LMM Stamp, but if you do that's great! There's a fab prize up for grabs, so pop by the challenge blog for all the deets and while you're there take a peek at all the other girls' cards! Ta ta for now!

Starting Early This Year!

Hello!!! Just a quick post to tell you about the new challenge at Passion For Promarkers today... ANYTHING GOES! Easy peasy or what? So here's the CAS Christmas card I made...
I love this cute image called Royal Mail from Penny Black, one of my faves for Christmas cards! Coloured using my Flex and Promarkers, and the snowflake die is my new purchase... it's a Memory Box die.  Fairly simple, no fuss card.

We are kindly sponsored by Polka Doodles this week, pop by the Passion for Promarkers blog for more info and while you're there check out the other DT girls' fab creations! Don't forget, if you join in you must use Letraset markers (Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Trias, Aquamarkers etc) on your creation. Thanks for popping by today!

Super Saturday @ Little Miss Muffet Stamps

Hurray for the weekend!
Thanks for all your get well wishes, as you know I've been struggling with a nasty cold all week, and I'm now wondering if it'll ever go away! I am feeling a little better, but a tree must have died somewhere considering the amount of boxes of tissues I've gone through! I am blamming the HORRIBLE weather... damp, dismal, dull, dreary drizzle ALL THE TIME! And it's pretty cold too! Oh I wish Spring would hurry up and arrive!

Today's Super Saturday at Little Miss Muffet Stamps is a special one as we have a fundraiser too... Barbara's daughters are participating in a "Jump Rope for Heart" activity at their school, to help raise funds for the American Heart Association, and to help with their fundraising Barbara has drawn a special image which you can buy from Little Miss Muffet Stamps, and $2.00 from every stamp purchased will be donated to the girls' fundraiser. His name is Ryker, and he's a new Polka Dot Pal! You can find all the information over on the Little Miss Muffet Blog, and read the inspiration behind Ryker!

Ryker was a joy to colour (I used my Copics on his t-shirt), and I even attempted to give him a face! The background is done using a stamp I bought recently from Kaisercraft called "Retro", I just love the 80's theme it has!

Enjoy your weekend!

Valentine Release at Little Miss Muffet Stamps

Hello fellow bloggers! I'm making this a quick post today, the dreaded lurgy has been afflicted upon me and my head is pelting, but I had to share this news with you... there's a fab VALENTINE RELEASE over at Little Miss Muffet Stamps today, here's a little card I made using Swings n Slides Love You Bunches...
Cute eh? I've cropped the image slightly (she has legs and feet) to fill the frame more... and she's not just a Valentine image but can be used for anything! Pop by the Little Miss Muffet Blog to see more super examples from the other DT girls!

I bought myself a Christmas pressie which only just arrived yesterday, a 12 pack of basic Copic colours... well they're great! As I'm limited with blending due to the markers being primary colours I mixed them with my Trias and Flexmarkers... I really like the Copic nib and they seem to blend really well, even with Letraset markers. They are not cheap though, so maybe I won't replace all my markers just yet, but now and again perhaps a little treat? I'll see how I get on...

Spots & Dots

Hi everyone! We have a new challenge over at Di's Digi Designs Challenge and it's a super easy one... SPOTS AND DOTS. Here's my card using Little Mouse, too cute...
You can find this adorable digi stamp, and lots more over at Di's Digi Stamps. I've coloured using Promarkers and Flexmarkers, using DOTS for the ground and sky background. I've tried to include lots of spots and dots, even in my doodling ;-)

We are lucky to be sponsored by The Charm Barn this fortnight, and if you use one of Di's digis (not the freebie ones though) you could also be in with a chance of winning 2 of Di's fab digis from her store! Check out the challenge blog for more fab inspiration from the other DT girls!

Just a Fairytale

Hiya peeps! Oh I have not been a good blogger so far in 2014... I am conscious of that! I will try to get around and visit you all later though... me bad!

Today we have a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers which is really fun... JUST A FAIRYTALE so we'd love to see all your Princes, Princesses, Fairytale Castles etc... now here's my card...
Well this is my take on 'Fairytale'... it's not the usual Prince and Princess but hey ho! There's a story behind it... lets just say the printer was being a little temperamental and the Princess in the tower (I had planned the card around) couldn't be rescued! So along came this cute free digi I had found ages ago on the net... I'll try to remember where it came from... I coloured (very simply) with Promarkers.

We are sponsored at Passion for Promarkers this week by LETRASET... so the prize will no doubt be awesome! Pop by the challenge blog and take a peek at all the gorgeous fairytale creations from the other DT girls!

I LOVED colouring this cutie up with my Flexmarkers! Now all I have to do is make about another 40 or so like this (yeah right)! Toodle pip!

Let's Celebrate!

Good morning peeps! Well I seem to be getting back into the crafty swing of things after not being able to craft or blog in the later part of 2013... and I must say I have missed it! Today I have a little card to share, we have a brand new challenge at Di's Digi Designs Challenge... LET'S CELEBRATE!
Any kind of celebration will do... mine's a New Year card (obviously by the sentiment)! Aren't these two buddies just too cute!? I have a soft spot for cat images, so this one called Kitty Kiss from Di's Digi Stamps was just perfect! This fortnight's challenge is kindly sponsored by Crafty Ribbons! Why not celebrate with us?!

Digital Stamp - Kitty Kiss from Di's Digi Stamps, Paper - Dovecraft, Ponsettia Die - Brittania Dies, Colouring - Flexmarkers/Letraset, Sentiment - Woodware

Happy New Year 2014!

Hi everyone! Well that's it for 2013... I can't believe how quickly the year went over! We saw the New Year in quietly at home, no partying here (the French don't seem to party much, at least not the people we know), shame I kinda miss it sometimes. So now it's 2014... a new year, a new outlook on life for me and lots of changes to come. Last year for health reasons and personal reasons I decided to get fit, so took up cycling... and from August to November I lost over 9 kilos, and felt much better for it. So this year I'll be sticking to my healthy eating plan (although I have had a few lapses over the holidays what with Cadbury's forcing chocolate down my throat)... not a diet by any means but just being careful about what I eat, I should have done it years ago! Anyone else have any New Year's resolutions?

Right, now for the crafty bit! We have a fab new challenge at Little Miss Muffet Challenges today, our first of 2014, and to kick things off we have a sketch. Here's what I made...
I've kept it Clean and Simple (oh yeah that's another of my new year's resolutions, to declutter my house)... I do like the CAS look :) I've used the gorgeous Luna Bitterfrost Skulls Rock digital image (I cropped her though) from Pollycraft which is available at Little Miss Muffet Stamps. Here's the sketch we'd like you to work with...
Forgotten Scraps's photo.
You have 2 weeks to join in with the challenge, which could win you some fab digis from Little Miss Muffet Stamps! Pop by the challenge blog to see what the other Little Misses have created for you, and to see all the details of the challenge! Hope you can join us for our first 2014 challenge!
